At the Center for Engineering Design and Entrepreneurship, the staff, faculty and students responsible for the smooth functioning of the labs are committed to providing the highest level of support possible.  However, we cannot to this without the feedback of those using the labs.  To achieve an optimum level of service, would you please take a few moments to fill out this response form?

Did the staff understand your needs when you scheduled the lab, and did they make sure those needs were met? Yes No
